			<title>NAPA &#0038; NORA Meet To Address Joint Interests</title>
			<description>   On September 16, 2009, representatives from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) and NORA, An Association of Responsible Recyclers came together for a wide-ranging meeting on areas of mutual interest.      NAPA represents the interests of the Hot Mix Asphalt producer and paving contractor on the national level with Congress, government agencies, and other national trade and business organizations. NAPA help its members learn the latest technology, understand environmental issues, gain market share, and receive training. The Association, which counts more than 1,100 companies as its members, was founded in 1955.    NORA Executive Director Scott D. Parker met with Gary Fore, NAPA Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety and Jay Hansen, NAPA Vice President of Government Affairs at NAPA Headquarters in Lanham, Maryland.
